Annual Lender Recertification
Recertification Instructions
Recertification DUE MARCH 31 of each year
Recertification is an annual requirement to remain an active lender with IHDA. This is due yearly on March 31st for all active IHDA lenders (that have been on board > 6 months). Failure to re-certify will result in deactivation in TPO Connect.
