Lender Recertification

Recertification is an annual requirement to remain an active lender with IHDA Mortgage. This is due yearly on March 31st for all active IHDA lenders (that have been on board > 6 months). Failure to re-certify will result in deactivation in TPO Connect. 

Recertification

IHDA Mortgage will transition all lender onboarding and lender recertification to Comergence® beginning in calendar year 2026. Our goal is to make both maintaining a partnership and onboarding as easy as possible. These changes will significantly reduce the amount of time required for both our lenders and IHDA Mortgage staff. All documentation and requirements are now housed in Comergence®. ​​
