Annual Lender Recertification
Don't let your approval lapse, recertify today!
Recertification is an annual requirement to remain an active lender with IHDA. This is due yearly on March 31st for all active IHDA lenders (that have been on board > 6 months). Failure to re-certify will result in deactivation in MITAS.
Recertify by completing all items on the recertification checklist.
