Recertification is an annual requirement to remain an active lender with IHDA. Recertification typically opens on the first business day of the year and should be completed on or before March 31st.

If there is even a slight chance you may wish to offer IHDA Mortgage Programs in the future, we strongly recommend you recertify annually, as we are unable to rush the lender onboarding process.
