Lender Recertification

Use the following steps to get started: 1. To begin the process, please go to www.comergence.com and click the “Register” button to complete the registration process for your company. You must complete this process to avoid missing important notifications and to prevent any changes to your relationship status. 2. Email ihdamortgagesystems@ihda.org to let them know you've completed registration, and include the email address associated with the account. 3. Our systems team will then send out an invitation to your newly created Comergence account (it will appear on the home page once you're logged in). 4. Log in to Comergence and accept IHDA's invitation.

Only Authorized Comergence Users will see the IHDA Authorization request on their Comergence homepage. Here are some reasons you may not see the invitation: You may not have the user permission level to accept the authorization request (cannot manage investor applications), or Another user has already accepted the authorization request, or Comergence may have forgotten to add the client to the upload. If you believe you are your company's authorized user, and you are unable to resolve the issue by following the steps above, email Comergence-Support@optimalblue.com.

Questions regarding Comergence sign-up can be sent to IHDAmortgagesystems@IHDA.org, while questions about recertification guidelines/requirements should be sent to LenderRelations@IHDA.org. You will only need to contact Comergence if you are having issues accepting your invitation and believe you are the company's authorized user. In that instance, please email Comergence-Support@optimalblue.com.
